I love so much Shrina’s entrance (Kanya Aagman), under the perfect golden hour at Now Sapphire with a fresh breeze from the Mexican Caribbean. She was surrounded by 250 loved ones witnessing the expected event of the year. The background Hindu instrumental music playing while Shrina was walking to the mandap was epic. A veil was held up in front of her to prevent Angat from seeing her as this is a symbol of two separate identities before they unite as one. Dressed in a luxury Sabyasachi red and gold in vibrant colors, Shrina made her spectacular entrance and is escorted to the mandap by her maternal uncles. As it is tradition, the couple is separated by the Antarpat, which is lowered once the Priest invokes a prayer for the couple.
